What it is good at
Tiny single executable that snapshots a live Windows machine to VHD/VHDX using VSS. The pragmatic answer for a handful of stragglers, and the VHDX converts on to almost any platform.
Where it falls down
Windows only, no incremental sync, no orchestration, and the resulting VHDX has to be moved and fixed up by hand. Do not use it for domain controllers.
