Nutanix Move
Nutanix
Included
Warm - seeded online, short cutover window
Agentless
Enterprise estates
Workload V2V C2V V2C
What it is good at
The default path off VMware onto AHV. Seeds data while the source VM is running, injects VirtIO drivers automatically, maps networks, and cuts over in a short window per wave.
Where it falls down
The target must be Nutanix AHV or NC2. Reverse flows exist (AHV back to ESXi, and AHV to AWS) but they are secondary use cases, not the product's purpose. Guest OS support is narrower than generic block replication - check old Linux kernels and Windows Server 2008 R2.

- Changed-block tracking / incremental sync
