What it is good at
The classic hot-clone P2V tool. Simple wizard, converts a running Windows server into a vSphere VM with no extra infrastructure.
Where it falls down
Windows guests only in 6.x (Linux conversion was dropped), no changed-block tracking, single-job focus, slow over WAN, and long gaps between releases. Not suitable for large waves.
