1. Who you are dealing with
Niyya Software is a one person company registered in Egypt and wholly owned by Amr Hafez. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Niyya" mean that company, and "you" means the person or organization using the site.
You can reach us at sales@niyyasoft.com or through the contact page.
2. Using the tools
The site offers sizing, design and compliance tools that run in your browser, and applications you can download. Some are free, some need a subscription, and some are open to everyone with limits until you sign in.
You may use the tools for your own work and for work you do for your customers. You may not resell access, share one account between people, copy the tools, take them apart to rebuild them, scrape the site in bulk, or use it to break the law or anyone’s security.
3. Your account
An account is personal. Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and turn on two-factor sign-in if you want a second lock. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
A team plan gives you seats to hand out. The person who bought the plan decides who holds a seat, and each seat belongs to one named person.
4. Free trial
Each paid tool can be tried free for seven days, with a limit on how many projects you may save and download during the trial; the pricing page states the current limits. When the seven days end, or the limit is reached, the tool and the results it works out on screen stay open to you, and only saving your work and exporting files ask for a subscription. You do not need a card to start a trial and nothing is charged automatically at the end of it.
5. Subscriptions, prices and payment
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which sells our tools as merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT due in your country, issues the invoice and manages renewals. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the payment alongside these terms.
Prices are shown in US dollars before tax. A subscription renews by itself — every month or every year, as you chose — until you cancel it, and the price you started on stays the same while the subscription runs without a break. Multi-year team terms are paid once, up front, for the whole term.
You can cancel at any time from your account or through Paddle. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
6. What the tools produce
The sizing, design and selection tools give estimates and starting points based on what you enter and on public vendor material. They are not a quotation, not an engineering sign-off and not a promise of how any product will perform. Check the result with the vendor before you buy hardware or software.
The compliance checkers are self-assessments. They are not an official assessment by any regulator and not legal advice. Their reports help you prepare; the responsibility for what you file or declare stays with you.
7. Your designs and data
What you type into a tool, and the projects you save, remain yours. We store and process them only to run the service for you — to show your saved work, produce your reports and keep the service secure. We do not sell them and we do not hand them to other customers.
The site, the tools, their text and their calculations stay ours. Nothing here transfers our rights to you beyond the right to use the service.
8. Availability
We keep the service running as well as we can, but we do not promise it will never be down. Maintenance, a hosting failure or a problem at a supplier can interrupt it. If a paid tool is unavailable for a long stretch, write to us and we will make it right.
9. Limits of our responsibility
The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profit, lost data, or the cost of decisions taken on the strength of a tool’s output. Where we are found responsible, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country, and nothing limits responsibility for fraud.
10. Suspension and ending the agreement
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to attack the service, or is used for fraud. Where it is fair to do so, we refund the unused part of a subscription. You can close your account at any time from your account page.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and we tell subscribers by email before a change that matters to them takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new version.
12. Which law applies
These terms follow the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts hear any dispute about them. If you buy as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections your own country gives you.
