Refund policy

1. The promise

Ask within fourteen days of a payment and we refund it in full. That covers a first purchase, a renewal that you did not want, an All-Access or bundle plan, and a multi-year team term. You do not have to give a reason.

Every paid tool also has a seven-day free trial, so you can try before you spend anything.

2. How to ask

Use the refund form at the foot of this page: pick what went wrong, tell us what happened, and send it. If you would rather write, email refund@niyyasoft.com from the address you bought with and say which payment you mean — the invoice number helps. You can also ask Paddle directly from the receipt they email you.

3. How the money comes back

Paddle is the seller of record, so the refund goes back through Paddle to the card or account you paid with. We approve it within two working days and the money usually appears within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

Access to the tools ends when the refund is made, and any projects you saved stay in your account in case you come back.

4. After the fourteen days

A subscription can be cancelled at any time and then simply stops renewing; you keep the tools until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part-used months or years as a rule, but tell us if something went wrong — a tool that does not work as described is refunded whenever it happened.

5. Fair use

The policy is meant for real changes of mind. If the same person or company buys and refunds repeatedly, we may decline a further refund or close the account. Purchases made with a stolen card are refunded and reported.

Please write to us before asking your bank to reverse a payment: a chargeback locks the account until it is settled, and an email is usually faster.

6. Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to the rights the law gives you. Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other places with a statutory cooling-off period keep that right in full, and nothing here shortens it.
